请问电签申请,我该如何扫描并上传文件,因为很多文件我都做有原本,复印件,公证件(及翻译)?我是否需要三份都扫描并上传?

All departmental offices outside Australia have the facility to certify or witness documents if necessary; this service may attract a charge. 按上面说的,我需要复印并公证并翻译。我觉得很不好理解,即然发的是扫描件,那我还复印件干嘛呢,再说了,难道他们不担心我的扫描件被PS过?
从另外一个网页上我又看到如下一句(不过是写给paper application的, 不知道是否适用于电签) Paper applications
When you have received your client file number you can scan and email additional documents to us. ***The department accepts scanned copies of the original document (non-certified) provided they are in colour and in PDF, JPEG, TIFF or BMP file formats. *** If you scan documents in black and white, then they must be scanned copies of the certified copies.
不知道这个能否解答我关于电签的问题,也就是说,我无需要去公证,只需将原件扫描成彩色文件并上传??
