如果审理周期超过15个月，你打算投诉吗？

所以～投诉一律无效！

速度一直无法加快，个人认为有两个原因：

1.真的是八月份赶在9/1新政前的申请暴增，产生塞车。
2.今年配额虽然已定出来且尚未用完，但是～ASPC应该会将配额大致分配在每一个月使用，不会产生前7-8个财年/月，猛发VISA，下半年配额用完大家放假的情形，我也是碰上去年的配额用完，约多等了1-2个月，就是一个字啦-------拖！

1.        It is true that that there were huge number of applications in last August due to the policy change. It is reasonable for them to take longer time since they do not recruit any new officers.

2.        That is their work style, so that it is not possible to change it. I do not think it is a good idea to complain to the officer since he is doing his job.


3.        It would be a good idea for you to query your application status, if everything is under the process, what you need is patience. This is what I have done.

4.        When should you complain? In case you know that the people who logged the files the same date as you did and they were all processed, however, your application is not processed, it is necessary to complain.

In other words, it means that receiving huge amount of applications has given them the excuse to prolong the processing time before the closure of all the applications before last September.
And you mentioned that it's their work style which means they won't use all the allocation from 2008-2009 up before next June. You know what I am thinking about? It means that possibly we will have wait for half a year more?

in reference to those applications lodged at the end of August last year,amazing waiting will be duration, i can make a bet circumstance will be worse than you can imagine just now, i wonder how the department of immigration will deal with the present innumerable complaint,i wonder why they deny recruiting more visa officers to end such a trouble situation,i wonder whether they do think it will be better pretending to be deaf and dumb!for the sake of themselves,that will be a relief if they can complete all of applications last year as soon as possible...

Hi there,

I am also suffering from their work. To be honest with you. I wish I could get the visa just after 15 months. Unfortunately, it is more than 15 months now and it is not allocated to any case officer. Anyway, what else can I do? They did not promise that the visa can be granted in 15 months because there is a long queue. Chinese,indians,Philippines,Middle east people ,European, a lot of people want to move to Australia. I mean there is balance among all races all over the world. That is their policy, otherwise it will be a small China or India.

Let's cross the fingers and pray for the visa and I wish everybody can get what he/she needs in time.

呵呵！不好意思，刚发表自己的一点看法，抱歉，用的是英文，我支持用母语，因为走到哪里都不能忘记自己是个黑头发，黄皮肤的中国人，只是寄人篱下，人家都用英文，没有给咱装合适的中文输入法，导致交流不畅，抱歉。

总的意思是说，我也很郁闷，自己是8月份投的文件，现在已经超过15个月了，跟那位朋友一样着急，但是我个人没有投诉，因为我在那里工作过一段时间，知道他们的工作效率，所以我觉得只要跟自己投档时间差不多的大部分人还没有拿到签证，自己就算正常。我不反对投诉，但我估计人家移民局给的理由会是千篇一律，因为去年7、8月份收到的案子太多，人手不够，忙不过来，还望大家理解。我曾经收到多个这样的回复邮件。我是还没有分移民官，如果有人分了移民官还没有拿到签证，就要赶紧发邮件去问问了，这个另当别论。

说说移民本身，澳大利亚的移民政策是鼓励多元化，所以有很多国家很多种族的人都在申请，移民局每年给各个国家的指标是按比例分配的，赶上去年移民政策变化，所以从非英语国家投递的申请陡然增加，办得慢是情理之中的事。如果race（抱歉，不想用种族这个词，免得引起歧义）失衡，他们主动放慢进度也不难理解。否则澳大利亚要变成小印度或是小中国了。

最后我祈祷大家都得偿所愿，能够拿到自己的签证，虽然比预计的时间长一点，但是起码达成了自己的愿望。多谢！

要说投诉，我刚就投了。他们移民局自己的工作失误，过去把太多不适合澳洲，来了直抱怨的人放了进来，还有哪些更本不爱澳洲，短登一下持两端观望的墙头草，那些人放进来太多，对澳洲只知索取不知奉献。他们移民局的这一失误不能由我们承担，这不公平。

要说种族，也不必忌讳。澳洲的种族歧视问题是有的，尤其不喜欢某个国家的思想也是存在的。这也没办法，我们也是出于对某些现状的不满才要移民的么，不过俺们清楚得很呢，澳洲绝对不是perfect的

算了，俺们讲实际的。明年中国多少人要失业啊？失业了有没有救济啊？我觉得现在我过得比国内绝大多数白领踏实，这就够了

其实我觉得上面TZ打英语也挺好的，让我们也慢慢进入英语环境，不必想那么远嘛，呵呵。。。还是想请教哪位TX：15个月的期限是明文规定的吗？谢谢！

我是通过中介办理的，所以我一般1个月左右发个邮件去询问一下进度，从今天3月份开始，中介告诉我由于目前积压的案子太多，平均办理周期是15个月，根据我昨天收到的邮件，中介说今天按照平均速度，136办到2007年的8月2号了。我有跟他们提到15个月的事情，他们没有正面回答，只是说还在等待分配Case Officer.这个消息跟我通过咨询负责体检结果的官员说的一致。

15个月是平均速度，但办到8月份之后，周期明显不止15个月了。看来还是需要耐心，不知道那些雅思成绩、无犯罪记录、体检结果能否允许我等那么久，实在不行就先那457，过去之后接着申请PR。

雅思是一年有效，但一年是指一年内递交申请吧

无刑和体检确实是到他们审理时不得超过一年。我认为如果超时是移民局造成的，重新办理的费用应由他们承担

信息还是很多的，人家也在努力， 大家稍安毋躁。
一面要处理以前的案子，一边要调试新系统，不容易啊。 两架马车肯定开始快不起来。

我觉得---kkpb7533应该体谅一下，有时并不是TZ要炫耀他的E文，
有时是公司或是在外使用的PC，并不是每一台都能键入中文，
而网路中文输入当然可以，但是～没有标住的键盘要打又是一个问题！
当然，是建议大家---尽量---使用中文啦！
不过～有时人家也有困难的时候---
因为～很多TZ不是在国内的，多包涵！

在DIAC的介绍中，仅说75％的申请者，估计在15个月受到处理并准签，
不过～侧面观察，这种说法早就站不住脚了！
OZ政府可是没打包票说多久会准？
所以～可以用观察一下同期同学进度，如果一致～
连查询信都可以不用发了，耐心等吧！
