Apex Institute is seeking a full-time Office Administration Officer for one of our valued business partners. Our client business is an upmarket bathroom design and renovating company in the South eastern suburb. The successful candidate will possess high level of communication skills as well as interpersonal skills, be energetic and operate well under pressure to meet, at times, demanding deadlines. The ability to effectively prioritise workflow is critical, as is the ability to work within a small team environment. Well developed skills in using MS Office Suite, impeccable telephone and business etiquette, task management and project management skills are also vital to succeed in this role. Most importantly your ability to effectively and diplomatically deal with high income consumers is highly valued.
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm. Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. You must be able to travel to the company with your own transport arrangements as there is no public transport access.
