刚刚打了commonwealth 的一个投诉电话 1800 805 605
报上帐号,一些个人信息, 一个口音很清楚的帮我查了, 但是只查到 有这笔dishonour fee,不知道原因, 她反复问我有没有收到 letter的通知, 我说没有. 结果留给我一个电话,然后 说明早 会在给我电话.
这次我注意到 银行的 online message ,在 4月22有一个通知,
Message: Scheduled Bill Payment Notification
The following transaction encountered problems whilst processing.
Your account did not have sufficient cleared funds to meet this transaction. This was NetBank's 2nd attempt to process the transaction.
NetBank has automatically rescheduled the transaction for processing on the next business day.
If, on the 5th attempt to process the transaction, sufficient cleared funds are not available, your account will be charged with a dishonour fee and the scheduled transaction will be cancelled.
As at 22/04/2008 the NetBank dishonour fee is $35.00.
但是我是在 做这笔交易前 从netbank 转帐到 streamline足够的钱(20/04/2008 10:00:49 pm Sydney time ) , 然后才执行的交易.
而且这笔交易 已经在当天 21/04/2008 (21/04/2008 12:39:27 am Sydney time )成功完成了. 钱也扣走了,
