朋友的公司位于悉尼,主营会计、审计、贷款等业务。秉承诚信为本的商业原则,是悉尼首屈一指的华人会计公司,与各大机构、商会、银行关系紧密。客户包括一些大型国企以及澳洲本地客户。目前随着公司业务发展及规模扩大,急需专业行政管理人才协助建立规范完善的公司管理制度。有在外企工作经验者优先。

Requirements:
1. University degree or above education in administration or related field
2. At least 3 years administrative and HR management experience and 1 year supervision experience in accounting and/ or sales/service organization preferably with a western multinational company
3. Experience from setting up and developing a company's Administration systems and procedures
4. Experience from implementing company guidelines and Administration policies on an operating level
5. Strong internal & external communication, organization, interpersonal and time management skills;
6. friendly and outgoing personality
7. Ability to solve problem and act independently; High Work accuracy and efficiency
8. Proficient in related software and MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
9. Fluent in oral and written English
10. Deep understanding of the western finance knowledge would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain company administrative systems and business process, including company instructions and forms on HR, finance, IT and administration.
2. Further develop Company guidelines, HR policies and legal compliance
3. Work together with the GM to further implement the Company Cooperate People Management system.
4. Help set up, organize and manage company daily operation, keep smooth and effective business operation throughout company
5. Coordinates and/or actively follow up ongoing projects
6. Organize internal/external support functions to maintain office equipment & stationery effective and safety; responsible for all kind of general administrative issues
7. Maintenance and custody of efficient and effective documentation system.
8. Assess different kinds of administrative expenses, summarize and finish administrative monthly reports
9. Assist in organizing the company's large-scale activities and policies
10. Responsible for company annual budget, package preparation, budget control, and variance analysis
11. Responsibility for training, including training identification, arranging training plans, training reviews and making training budgets.
12. Staff supervision, training, appraisal and development. |
