后面的话说的是车没有财务问题.前面这段话不是非常理解,如果是另外一种write-off是不是说车不能被修理后出售,而目前这种情况是可以修理后出售.
现在可以通过这段话确定这车大修过吗?或者改装过?

Repairable Write-Off 应该是指这个车曾经因为大事故等原因被保险公司等机构申报为“可修复的报废”车辆，在一些拍卖场合卖出，买家买回后经过修理重新上牌的。不建议购买这种车。
