I can confirm that this application remains under assessment at this time.
I note Mr xx's concerns in regard to the processing time-frame for your
application.  The case officer will move to finalise this application as
soon as she is in a position to do so.  Please be aware that each
application is assessed on its individual claims towards the visa criteria,
and applicants may therefore experience different processing timeframes.  I
would also remind Mr xx that all applicants for migration are advised not
to take any decisions towards their migration until they have received
notice of the outcome for their visa application.
