The role
As a Tech Lead, you will deliver quality technical solutions. You will work with customers, end users and development partners to define and assess the application and technical requirements and understand the current state of technology to define opportunities that create business value.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned e-commerce professional with extensive experience in multiple end-to-end project life cycles. Preference will be given to driven and proactive professionals with vast hands-on experience.

Successful candidates will have
7 years of hands-on Java / Java EE programming experience, including at least 2 year as a Tech Lead or Architect
Experience with frontend and backend development, including knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript, web services, and Java EE development frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
Experience in eCommerce solutions
Experience from leading development teams in projects with strong client exposure combined with excellent client engagement skills
Ability to create high-level architecture and detailed design documentation for implementing and enhancing the Hybris Commerce platform
Ability to define coding and development standards and produce structured code and documentation
Agile project execution experience and familiarity with corresponding tools and processes
Ability to design and coordinate complex technical changes
Ability to identify technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Passion for new technologies and ability to quickly acquire new skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience.
