Kitchen is all equipped with fridge, all kitchen utensils & microwave. Within walking distance to UNSW, one minute to bus stop at Anaz Parade, a lot buses running to city. Fast Internet & internal laundry. All bills included. You can rent this room on your own or share with another person.
The rent is $140 p/w for each if shared by two, or $260 p/w for one person. Currently two friendly and easy-going guys living there.
