副申语言费相关

我现在还没有分CO，确定要交副申语言费。我在官网看到有说：

If the applicant does not have evidence of having Functional English, you will need to provide a statement indicating your intention to pay the second instalment of the visa application charge.

这个Statement我是提交到哪呢？我想一分CO，他（她）就给我一个连接让我付费，下签能快一点。

我初步想写个txt文档，起名SPOUSE_SECOND_INSTALMENT_STATEMENT，然后正文就写”副申没有雅思成绩，需要交语言费，请给连接”。然后把它提交到副申的language evidence那里，不知可行不？多谢了。

我做的是PDF文件，文件名是“Partner_Agreement_Letter_to_Pay_VAC2”，上传到副申的语言证明那栏里。文件内容：

Dear Case Officer,

I’m writing this letter to express my agreement to pay VAC2 for my 189 Visa application.

Because my husband 副申姓名 does not have evidence of language ability, I agree to pay VAC2 for him. Please send me the payment link when you think it’s necessary.

你想多了,副申语言费并不会影响下签速度,因为语言费是如果被拒签的话,是需要退回的,签证官不会无聊到先收费,然后拒签,再退费.所以一般是到了审理得差不多了,几乎可以确定准签的时候才会要求付语言费.一般付费之后一周左右准签.
