2+ years of commercial experience building and deploying web apps in Rails.
You communicate well in person and in writing.
You’re inquisitive and committed to continual learning.
You can take a rough brief/idea and see it through from conception, development, and deployment with minimal oversight.
Passionate about delivering great user experiences.
You care about the code you write and its maintainability/scalability.
Comfortable deploying and maintaining cloud-based servers.
You will thrive in a start-up environment where you can actively make a difference to both our customers and our business.
