很多州担保都出来了，233211 civil engineer 都不在列，本来对489就不是很感冒，现在直接没名额了。

那是去年的，今年的要7月中出来。

只有50分，只能去乡下，去哪些几乎找不到相关工作的地区，没有意义，别说我人还没去就说找不到工作了，我在那边的local也在帮我看，的确没有对口的职位。NSW工程职位90%都在Sydney，还有9%在coastal area，担保civil的地方不知道怎么想的，都没有职位干嘛还担保。

我搞钢结构的，加拿大的职位一搜好几页对口的，而且只有多伦多区域而已。

but how can you fulfill the requirement of 2 years living and 1 year working in the sponsored area?

HR will check you visa condition when they employ me, how can I explain then.

not in the sponsored area...in the designated regional area...condition8539 only requires you to stay in the regional area.

do you mean, if I gained 489 visa, I could live and work in all specified regional area, no interstate limit?

The following NSW regions are currently inviting applications under the 489 visa:

Far South Coast
Mid North Coast
Murray
Northern Inland
Orana
Riverina
Southern Inland
For this visa applicants must agree to live in the designated region. Other regions are not currently inviting applications.
