以下人员可持有效期限内的国际（翻译）驾照在WA 驾驶
1.       游客
2.       商务短期签证，打工签证，学生签证，临时工作签证
3.       海外部队或其家属

新到WA的永居居民
   在初到WA 定居的三个月内，可持有效海外驾照（翻译件）驾驶，三个月后需持有WA签发之驾照方能合法驾驶。

承认国家驾照
      WA 认可持有部分国家驾照之永居移民，免除笔试与路考

Belgium
Bosnia-Herzegovina  Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Croatia
Canada
Denmark
Finland
France
Germany
Guernsey
Greece
Ireland
Isle of Man  Recognised if your Isle of Man licence was issued on or after 1 November 1991
Italy
Japan
Jersey
Luxembourg
Malta  Recognised if your Malta licence was issued on or after 2 January 2004
Netherlands
New Zealand
Norway
Portugal
Singapore
Slovenia Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
United Kingdom
United States of America

如果来自以下国家（地区），同时年满25岁，同样可以免除笔试和路考
Bulgaria                   Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Czech Republic       Recognised for new applications from 1 September 2012
Cyprus                      Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Estonia                      Recognised for new applications from 1 September 2012
Hong Kong             Recognised for new applications from 1 September 2012
Hungary                   Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Latvia                      Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Lithuania                   Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Poland                      Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Republic of Korea       Recognised for new applications from 1 September 2012
Romania                   Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Slovakia                      Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
South Africa                Recognised for new applications from 1 March 2013
Taiwan                      Recognised for new applications from 1 September 2012

其他国家（地区）：
至于其他国家（地区）驾驶均需经过笔试和路考，如果海外驾照持有未满两年，或年龄在19岁以下，将发予P牌。
