根据wiki,截止到2013年12月22日,全美共有18个州(包含DC)承认同性婚姻,占全美人口39.2%。另外还有4个州承认同性伴侣,和之前加起来一共占全美人口的44.8%。已经接近半壁江山!

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the official proponents of Proposition 8 lacked standing to appeal in federal court due to a lack of direct injury required by well-established precedential standards. (June 26, 2013) Same-sex marriages resumed on June 28, 2013.[49]
