Pressure on Perth homebuyers eased ever so slightly during September with median home values dropping 0.1 per cent for the month to $493,500.
Perth, a previous strong performer, also experienced a slowdown in its quarterly pricing with 1.3 per cent growth, compared with Sydney (5.2 per cent) and Melbourne (5 per cent), analysts RP Data and Rismark International released.
