那具体算哪天呢？是在offer上签自己的名字，还是卖主接收offer、还是settlement那天呢？我们昨天出了个offer……

contract date是我写offer给中介那天吗？

卖主接收offer那天应该算是达成协议，从法律上来说开始产生约束，但正式合同签订日不一定是同一天。

How much is the grant?

From 1 July 2000 to 24 September 2013 the grant was $7000 or the consideration paid to buy or build the house if less than $7000. For example, if you buy or build a house for $5000 your grant will be for that amount.

From 25 September 2013 the grant is $3,000 for an established home, or $10,000 for a new home, or the consideration paid to buy or build the house if less than the applicable amount. For example, if you build a house for $5000 your grant will be for that amount.

新旧分开比原来统一给7千合理。
规定说上限是实际支付额，但哪有低于1万就能建成房子的？

我论文写完啦。最近一直在生病

contract date是你在contract签字的那天，不一定是给offer的那天
