State sponsorship has been granted to you based on your commitment to Western Australia as outlined in your application:
1.You remain living and working in Western Australia for a period of two years after obtaining your visa;
2.You keep the Western Australian Government informed of your contact details during these two years;
3.You complete a settlement survey every six months for a period of 24 months; and
4.You have access to sufficient funds for living costs and domestic arrangements in Western Australia.

Thank you for your application for State Sponsorship to support your application for a Skilled Sponsored visa. Skilled Migration Western Australia is pleased to advise that your application was successful. To confirm your acceptance of State Sponsorship you are required to sign and return the attached agreement by email.
This offer expires 28 days from the date of this email. If you require an extension please email your request to migration@dtwd.wa.gov.au.
Once SMWA receives your valid signed agreement, your Expression of Interest will be updated in SkillSelect to confirm your State Sponsorship nomination with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
Western Australian State Sponsorship is not transferable to other States or Territories in Australia. Applicants who are sponsored by Western Australia are required to live in Western Australia for at least the first two years after visa grant. Any changes to these commitments require written approval from SMWA, which will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
