Government used cars?

Some say that you can get government used cars from Manheim, but I saw a Pickles advertise saying that they are the only government car auction.
Even they are the only one doesn't mean all their cars are government used cars. There is no such kind of information for individual car at all on their website.

So, how can you know if it is or not a government used car?

Manheim 也有不是政府车的，你看车的时候车抽屉里有维修记录本，上面有登记的原属公司或部门的名称。
