As the validity of sponsorship has now expired since it has been ** days since this nomination was approved by Immigration SA you must provide Immigration SA with documented proof that you lodge your visa application with DIAC PRIOR to the sponsorship validity period expiring. This means you need to email a official DIAC communication addressed to you and dated no later than *** September 2012 to Immigration SA.
Upon receipt of your communication, Immigration SA will confirm with DIAC that the communication from them to you is valid.
However, it is incumbent upon you to ensure that you are adhering to the basic criteria of your visa type according to DIAC regulations.
If you meet the basic criteria of the above paragraph please send a copy of your official DIAC communication to gsm.sa@gov.sa.au. Please ensure that your email includes your Immigration SA 6 digit reference number, main applicants full name & DOB.
Upon receipt Immigration SA will confirm your sponsorship with DIAC and send them the Form 1100 directly.
As you have not provided your DIAC reference number (TRN/BCC) within the specified timeframe, i.e. within 5 days of lodging your visa application with DIAC, this facility has closed. You are now required to provide evidence of lodging your visa application within 60 days from date of your sponsorship approval. Please e-mail the copy of the correspondence you would have received and/or payment receipt from DIAC to gsm.sa@sa.gov.au.
Please note: As you have not followed the Sponsorship Approval instructions, if your nominated occupation is no longer listed on the current SSML, it will be up to DIAC to accept the sponsorship nomination in light of current requirements of the GSM program.
