-explain what happened when you phoned the shop
-say what you would like the manager to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring an issue to your attention. It is about a microwave oven, which I bought in your shop not more than a month ago. It worked well at first, but two week later, it didn’t work somehow.
I had contacted the customer service center. A man told me that he would arrange for someone to come and check the machine within 48 hours. However, three days went by, no one had shown up. As a result, I made a call to the service center again. This time I was promised that an operator would certainly come to solve my problem within 24 hours. To my disappointment, two days had passed, and I had heard nothing so far.
So, I would like to make a refund as I am really dissatisfied with the service your shop had provided. I demand that this matter should be resolved within 48 hours. If I still can not see any steps taken from your shop, I have to resort to law.
