China typical or no so typical of a model Communist Party State?
Is China a typical or no so typical of a model Communist Party State? please analyze if possible or explain, thx

My Answer
First of all, I'd like to show my point that all the main Economics in the modern world Like US EU JAPAN CHINA AUS are actually of the mixture of economic and social models.

For China, me myself together with thousands of millions of Chinese were taught that 'the ultimate goal of the Chinese People and the Communism Party is to achieve Communism' and 'since our country is at its primary stage of the developing process, we take socialism for now.'

What is communism? I'd like to explain it in a simple way.
In communism society, people can get whatever they need without paying (no one requests more than he need because of high moral standard), on the other hand, instead of money (there is nothing acts like money in communism society) people still work hard to produce enough goods for the whole society.
It can be infered that, to achieve communism, 2 factors must be full filled. A. Super high productivity. B. Super high moral standard.
I myself can not see any possibility for this.

What is socialism? You can treat it as the opposite of capitalism. In your country, productive factors like land, machine, road are owed by capitalist. In China, however, they are owed by all The People.
Even fools can see that the Chinese pattern is only a joke. What actually is going on in China is that land, road etc are actually owed by the government, even worse, since democracy is nothing in China, the right and profit generated by them belong to only a small group of people in 'the system'.
There is an example for that. Housing in China.
It's expensive- a 25y old with a bachelor degree and 2 years of working experience in BJ can usually enjoy monthly salary of RMB 6000-8000. And apartments in BJ (not in the center of the city) cost RMB 25,000 per square meter (an apartment is usually in the building of 15 floors, thus you actually enjoy 1/15 square meter of land). An 100-square-meter apartment is OK for a family of three(one child policy). Thus, 25,000*100 to owe an apartment (no mortgage interest included ) VS monthly salary of 20,000 (income of both husband and wife). And since you need to cover daily expense and the education of child is expense in city like BJ, people actually need to spend their life for an apartment in the building of 15 floors.
It's not yours- Ok, after you've spent your life for your apartment, remember? The land is owed by The People in China! Not by you individual! You have only the right of using your apartment for 70 years! Seriously, this is written in the law.
Now you can understand that the Chinese Socialism is actually the Capitalism in which the biggest capitalist is the government-Communist Party.

What I said above is of course not the official point of view, do not use it in any of your exams or presentations. but it is what is going on in China.
