Key Performance Measures (applies to all following positions)
•        Design and plan the implementation of networking solutions comprised of products and services.
•        Provide technical support for customer issues
•        Provide expertise and participate in the delivery of projects
•        Implement company initiatives to increase sales and services opportunities.
•        Contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
•        Continue to evaluate the technical marketplace for growing trends and opportunities
•        Proven ability to be able to work under stress in emergencies, flexibility to handle pressure coming from all directions simultaneously.
•        Strong team oriented interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people and roles.
•        Ability to manage the department's deliverables in an environment of resource constraints.
•        Ability to operate with a high degree of flexibility, innovation and autonomy in an environment of demanding workloads and time constraints.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Network Engineer
•        CCNP or equivalent preferred
•        Network Knowledge/experience:
o        OSPF, IS-IS, IBGP, EBGP, Virtual router, VRF
o        1.q vlan, Q-in-Q, STP
o        IP based VPN (l2tp, IPsec), and MPLS label based VPN (VPLS, MP-BGP, training can be offered)
o        AAA server, PPP/PPPoE, DHCP
o        Layer 2/3 QoS (marking and queuing)
o        Network traffic testing/simulation using test equipments
o        WAN optimization and load balancing
•        Hardware platform: Cisco or Juniper or Alcatel-Lucent.

Network Security Engineer
•        Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE highly regarded
•        LAN and WAN technologies
•        Routing/Switching knowledge (at least above CCNA level)
•        TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP and other network protocols
•        Firewall upgrade/migration, Advanced policy and user management, Traffic analysis and optimization, load sharing, redundancy
•        IPS , QoS, VPN  and remote access
•        Anti Virus system (McAfee) deployment and maintenance
•        Linux and Unix system administration (Red Hat and HP Unix)
•        Hardware platform: Cisco PIX, Checkpoint or Juniper NetsSreen

Storage and Virtualization System Engineer
•        Installation, customization, and integration of SAN solution
•        Remote replication and backup/recovery SAN
•        Good knowledge in various SAN based solutions (EMC Clariion, DMX, and VMAX, NetApp,Hitachi, and 3PAR)
•        Storage Engineering/Administrative task via CLI and GUI interface
•        Implementing new SAN array
•        Evaluate customer environments/requirements and determine best hardware/software to satisfy Storage needs in accordance with industry best practices
•        Experience in deploying enterprise class fabric switches (Brocade, McData, Cisco)
•        Design Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations solutions
•        Windows 2003/2008 operating system knowledge
•        Strong Solaris, Linux/Unix system skills
•        VMware ESX/ESXi 3.5/4.0 and vSphere
•        Scripting skills are desirable
•        VCP is required and VCAP will be highly regarded.
•        Experience in modern virtualization data center
