从01/07/2010开，NSW的eligibility for the Energy Rebate will also be expanded to include customers who hold Commonwealth Health Care Cards。
以前只有如下有资格：
      • Pensioner Concession Card
   • Gold Card
   • one of the following Health Care Cards
      •Carer Allowance (child under 16);
      •Sickness Allowance; and
      •Special Benefit.

energy rebate的额度也提高了。From 1 July 2010, the Energy Rebate will be increased to $145 per year. The Rebate will be further increased to $161 from 1 July 2011.
