普通二本学校成绩一般有三年工作经验走技术移民能成功吗

如题....请大神们指点一下。 想去澳洲不知道用什么方法

土木工程师。 civil engineering。是可以选独立的吧。 我就是担心门槛会不会很高。 要提交成绩单的话

civil engineering 似乎一直是在移民局的SOL上吧？你再自己去确认下: http://www.visabureau.com/australia/skilled-occupation-list.aspx。

不必担心成绩单：又不是大陆那种考研什么的，只要有正常一般成绩应该就可以了，重要的是你通过学习得到了学位。

另外此网页http://www.border.gov.au/WorkinginAustralia/Pages/20-september-2017-round-results.aspx说只需65分即可够资格被邀请，你所说”要求Engineering必须是70分“是否指的是该网页中的这张表：

？该表说的是在2017年9月那轮邀请中的各工程类申请者在最后那栏的截止日期时达到该分数者必然得到邀请，但并不意味着所有被邀请者都必须达到超过65的分数，也不代表下一轮邀请仍是达到这个分数必得邀请（即以后的必然邀请可能低于也可能高于此分数）

要65吗？我一个姐姐跟我说只要打到六十分就行了啊。 65不考到四个八也打不到啊。

189Visa是65分，489Visa是60分，见：

这里的test point 不是指的EOI吗？

189  是永居， 65分以上才有资格排队，70分保证录取。 489 是临居，60分以上有资格排队，达到一定条件才能转永居。

70分这个必录分数线，可能升也可能降（最近这几年都是升，以后 who knows)

条件是指什么呢....我上图189签证上说的60 point test 不是EOI吗？  65分要怎么达到啊。 四个8感觉有点太难了
