奇怪得雅思考试成绩单地址问题

前几天收到一封邮件，地址来自 ielts@britishcouncil.org.cn
说我提供得地址信息不完整，需要我直接回复邮件，告诉neea userid ，考试地点，姓名，详细寄送地址，联系方式等。
邮件整体还算正规。
但是我觉得我报名ielts考试得网站好像是http://ielts.etest.net.cn
登陆上去看我得application form中得detail address是有内容得么。

因为这封邮件始终让我觉得很山寨，并且直接回复该邮件回答它得问题。 所以感觉不是很安全，
请问有同学碰到过这个事情么？
是真得还是假得？
求教。
