第二期学童奖励 (Schoolkids Bonus) 将于，帮助父母承担年中教育支出。

本期奖励款项为每名小学生$205，每名中学生最高可达$410。该款项将于 2013 年 7 月 4 日至 17 日自动汇入您的银行账户。

若家中有一名子女入读小学或中学并领取家庭税收福利 A 部分 (Family Tax Benefit Part A) 或自己是小学生或中学生并领取收入津贴，即可领取学童奖励(Schoolkids Bonus)。

若认为自己符合条件，但尚未在 Centrelink 更新子女的教育资料，请于6 月 29 日前访问线上服务，确保按时领到准确数额。

叶淑敏(Shu Min Yeh)是一位合资格的母亲，家有四个子女，她准备用 7 月份的奖励款来买两套校服。

｢女儿马上就要参加郊游，而且天气马上也将转冷，因此女儿确实需要几件新毛衣、运动裤、圆领衫。7月份的奖励款确实能帮助我承担这些费用，｣叶女士说。

2013 年 1 月，学童奖励(Schoolkids Bonus)取代教育退税(Education Tax Refund)，因此合资格的家庭无需在 2012-13 年度的收入纳税单中申报教育费用。

Check or update your child's education details for the Schoolkids Bonus
The Schoolkids Bonus will be paid to eligible families from 4-17 July.

Details about your payment won't appear in your Centrelink Online Services account until the day it is paid to you, so please wait until after 17 July before contacting us if you haven't received the payment.

Some families may need to check or update their child's education details with us so we can pay them the right amount of Schoolkids Bonus.

You need to tell us if your child is starting primary school or secondary study, or finishing secondary study.

If you need to update your child's details you can do this by using your One Time Access Code we sent to you in November 2012 or using Centrelink Online Services. You will need your Customer Reference Number to do this.
