公司正在招的IT 职位(Intel/VMware/SAN/Web/Juniper/QA/PeopleSoft/BA) - 2/6/12

首先声明，我不是中介，这里贴出来的职位，大家都可以在IBM官网查询并直接申请，并没有必要一定通过我推荐。

Intel Server Administrator / (悉尼,墨尔本,堪培拉,Ballarat)
Intel Active Directory Engineer (悉尼)
Intel Technician - CSC Victoria Police (Ballarat)
头两个是中级的位置,要求上就是Wintel系统管理员的正常工作内容,Win2k3,Win2k8,Citrix,VMware, Active Directory这些,我看了下没有什么怪异的地方.
最后一个是初级的位置,但是JD上要求是2-3年工作经验,客户是警察局,虽然没写着要求公民,但我觉得不是公民的朋友还是不要试了.



VM Ware Administrator (悉尼)
VMware我不懂,要求帖在下面:
Knowledge of VMWare SRM (Site Recovery Manager) in a production environment highly desirable.
Knowledge of VMWare DRS , VMotion, Lab Manager , VCloud Director
VMWare ESX System Administrator use of DRS,Vmotion

SAN Storage Specialist (悉尼)
要求如下:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in storage management services - support and product expertise
At least 2 years experience in various SAN storage solutions across multiple accounts
At least 2 years experience in Provide highest level of technical support
At least 2 years experience in a large commercial UNIX and INTEL environments
这个位置一直没有招到人.虽然要求写的很简单,但这是一个Band8的位置,在部门是属于Techinical Lead的角色,技术上要求得是能拍板的,对同部门的其他工程师起一个guide的作用.产品线上无非就是EMC和Total Storage那些,我个人觉得比较适合国内存储专业厂商出来的资深工程师,来了澳洲工作了1,2年后这是个不错的跳回和原来国内相当位置的机会.

Web Specialist (悉尼)
要求流利中文"或者"流利韩文.这个位置要求写的很多,但基本定的是初-中级,其实大家不用怕,我觉得有五成Match,三四年开发经验的流利中文者可以考虑下,呵呵

• HTML / XHTML / CSS/ JavaScript / jQuery / DoJo / SEO / Web 2.0
• Objective C
• Strong knowledge of ibm.com standard and design guidelines
• Good communication skill, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to apply problem solving skills.
• Good time management and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Responsiveness and good sense of ownership and urgency is a MUST.
• Ability to build good rapport w/client and manage client expectations.
• Ability to work in hours as specified in DOU for respective country alignment.

Level 1 Juniper Remote Technical Support Specialist (布里斯班)
Juniper的东西我完全不懂,要求如下:
Requires, Juniper JNCIA-E certification with 2 years technical support experience in the Service Provider environment. Additionally a JNCIA-M/T or Cisco CCNA would also be favorably looked upon.
这是一个很初级的位置,工资不高,说实话我觉得吸引不到什么高水平的申请人,适合刷简历的年轻人吧,当然是在符合上面要求的前提下.

Dispatcher / Quality Analyst (悉尼)
这也是个初级的位置,JD写的很邪乎,其实就是联络工程师,监控Queue的Ticket,和Change,保证没有SLA failure,每天早上开一个例会,汇报一下有多少Open的Ticket, Change, 有多少Recover的Ticket之类. 当然需要懂技术名词,但这已经不是技术的岗位了,更多的是流程控制,适合女性同胞,呵呵.
