Stakeholder？？

在澳洲的招聘广告中，经常看到Stakeholder这个词，看意思是指公司里的某类人，到底什么意思呢？请教各位同学？

（查了多个高级词典，没有适合的，什么‘赌金保管人，利益相关者’，都很不沾边的！）

say if you work in the bank, your stakeholders are, but not limited to, the general public, businesses (large or small, private or public, listed or not etc), brokers and agents, governments (local, state and federal), the Reserve Bank and the IMF, local and overseas stock markets etc just to name a few
