Give up your hope. The chance is very little. Basically, you have one millionth possibility, little bit more than lottery. The person you are looking for need:
1. live in your neighbourhood,
2. same grade 8
3. exact same english level, otherwise it would be waste of time for your child & the other child.  
4. a chinese
5. time just fit him/her. not many people willing to walk out at night
6. own transport, otherwise, transport at night is a concern.

不同程度和年级也是可以一起上课的，老师会给他们不同的教材，因为有时即使是同年级，程度也很可能不一样。

另外这个价格也挺便宜的了。
