VO：Jason Huang 。要求补料如下：
Requested Documents:

Functional English Language Ability
*** is required to provide evidence of having at least functional English as described in the
attachment 'English Language Requirements'. If this attachment has not been provided, please contact this office to obtain a copy.
If *** cannot provide the required evidence of English language ability they may choose to pay the
appropriate “2nd Visa Application Charge (VAC) (English)" or sit an IELTS test. If the applicant/s intend to pay the 2nd VAC for English please advise this office accordingly.
Please note that applicants intending to pay this charge do not need to make the payment until they are asked to do so by this office.

Health Requirements (Please read this information carefully)

Police Clearance Certificates

Passport Details (for your baby)

Evidence of the applicant's work experience
The employment references provided contain insufficient details for our purposes. Further evidence may
include, but is not limited to, the following documentation:
• Please provide a copy of Social Insurance Individual payment from Year 2006 to 2007 to support your
employment status is ongoing and genuine.

Please ensure you read this email message closely and follow its

newborn baby is due 21/9/2008.

Medical checks - If the applicant (your wife) does not want to undergo the
health checks (the X-ray) while pregnant, we will then place the
application on hold until after the birth of the child.

It is also advisable that all family members delay intigating their health
and character checks "until after" the birth of the child if this is the
case to ensure that you do not incur costs that can be avoided.

Upon the birth of your child, all members of your family unit will then be
requested to undergo health checks.

他的这封E-mail要回吗？还是先不管，等小孩出生后再补料。近期有可能调查吗？

希望不要分到Jason Huang，这个家伙每次都要社保单据，社保这玩意各地政策不一样，我就很麻烦，真的不希望提交这玩意。

我觉得还是回一下吧，表示你收到邮件，谢谢他的工作，要补的东西等小孩出生尽快补，另外，鸭子考不考？不考的话也可以直接告诉他打算付款。
