超過四年的緊缺經驗能拿 ACS MODL 嗎?

我想問一下, 如果我的電腦經驗, 是在緊缺名單中, 但是已經超過四年, ACS 有沒有可能拿到 MODL?
因為我知道, DIAC 才要求四年內才是 MODL, 我不知道 ACS 有沒有同樣要求,
而如果我能拿到 ACS MODL, 我可不可以只申請 176 visa, 那麼就不受 DIAC MODL 的影響?

ACS 有同樣要求
In order to satisfy the MODL requirement, the applicant must demonstrate that he/she has at least 12 months of full-time professional work experience specifically in one of the specialised occupations within the last 4 years.
