我想大概是材料让移民局弄丢了，所以我已经递交的材料在checklist中总是Required，以下论点支持

--- DHL查询是KATE签收的，但我没有收到过关于签收的邮件；receipt是有的，信用卡扣款后就直接生成了。

Where e-mail communication has been authorised, applicants or their authorised representatives should receive e-mailed acknowledgement that the department has received their documents and receipted the relevant visa application charge. If credit card payment fails at this stage another attempt will be made on commencement onto our system and if fails again at that time an officer will contact to offer the opportunity for you to make arrangements for payment.

于是我昨天又发了一封查询信，大概1-2周才有结果，但我想尽快确认是不是材料丢了，如果是就马上重新补。已经拜托了澳洲的朋友打电话去问。

请大家帮忙看看，目前极度郁闷中

不知道lz这个情况有多久了，我们申请的时候也有received之后很久都在required的状态，而且收到材料以后也没有给发邮件，估计可能是材料多造成拥堵了，lz先别着急，再等等消息吧。bless

但我是E-LODGED，通常很快的，同期的很多同学都毕业了。而且还停滞不前，难免担心啊~

楼主, 我的分析如下:
1.根据申请日期,肯定已经分配VO了.有可能你的VO是个慢手还没有开始看你的材料,所以是REQUIRED.
2.移民局内部混乱直接危害到你的案子的处理,我就是这个样子的.11月20日榆钱查询了近2个月才扣VAC2的款,至今未搞清楚状况.但是中间过程得知VO更换等等,在我多次的online enquiry下终于苦劲甘来
3.材料丢失的情况毕竟是少数吧

这种事情也碰上了，等了2个月LCU才说26表没收到，丢了，但其他体检表格都收到了，与医院联系会去确认下，不知医院是否有留底，能否补一份，还是要重新检查一遍，估计肯定要再收费吧，因为也不确定是哪个环节丢的。有知道的TZ帮我出出注意吗？LZ我们看保持联系，看看怎么处理。

丢了的话，去问问医院吧，他们肯定有留底的，应该是再让你交个快递费。
最好是联系LCU问问这种情况怎么办
