移民局关于136转137的说明，大家帮分析一下

前期曾问过关于136有了担保后转137的问题，大家回答也是各种各样。现在问了移民局，这是他们的回答。不知是否说明只要有了担保就可以转了。谢谢。

为了帮助大家分析，我把我的问题也列上，大家可以看看我是否把问题表述得足够清楚。
I have lodged my application to ASPC under subclass 136 before 01/09/2007.
Meanwhile,I applied Victoria STNI on 07/08/2007(it's before 01/09/2007),and it have been successful on 26/10/2007.

Under the circumstance above,I don't know if the STNI is useful or not?
With the STNI sponsorship,which subclass my application should be now? subclass 137 or subclass 176?

Under a seperate email I have provided a copy of book 6 which listes the old visa subclasses and you can look in there for information
for a decision on changing from 136 to 137.

However the 136 and 137 visas are interchangeable and we will consider your 136 application under the rules for a 137 at time of
decision. We can then decide it as either a 136 or 137 visa.

Please wait until we have advised you of your record number for your 136 application and then send us the state nomination form.

If you wish to apply for a 175 visa you may do so but it will need to be a new application as new rules apply.
It is possible to apply for more than one visa and it is also possible to withdraw an application for a visa at any stage as long as you advise us in writing.
Your current application has not yet been commenced, if you wish to withdraw it before the commencement then we may refund your fee, if it commenced before you advise us we may not refund your fee.
