不完全免费,之前在GP处做B超检查还是要出一部分钱的,转到医院之后才是免费.超早转到医院越好.
我们就转晚了,两次B超一次130,一次170,据说只能报回30%

.
建议一旦怀孕,让你的GP早点把你转到医院.

i did it free at my GP's place but the hospital charged me out of pocket expenses $100 when i did my 20th week ultrasound there!!!

ask your midwives if all the facilities in the hospital are free or not when you visit the hospital for the first time!

if the hospital charges you extra expenses for the ultrasound, you could have another choice - take the doctor's letter to bulk-billing clinic outside the hospital to do it.

my experience is the one did in the hospital was even not as good as bulk billing clinic.

anyway, it's all up to you.

这个可能跟地区或是GP有关,我们在perth,在GP处bulk biling只是诊费,B超是要自已先出钱的,转到医院后,基本就是免费的.

我在SYD,GP处照B超要问清楚是否BULK BILLING, 怀孕的B超如果在医院外照是要付部分的.第一次去医院的时候,就问MIDWIFE开好单,预约好19周左右照B超就可以了,
