给ASPC发信查询,竟然说除了申请其他东西都没有收到.

申请的时候让考试中心寄了雅思原件.有了FN让清华寄了学位成绩单认证,自己还补寄了80表,可查询结果竟然说这些东西都没有收到,气愤中!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The department acknowledges the receipt of applications but not the receipt of subsequent correspondence.  Documents which are scanned and emailed to us are acknowledged by auto response. No further manual confirmation will be provided for these documents.

Your case officer will contact you if they require any additional information.

Please Note - providing scanned copies of documents can reduce postal and administrative delays in receiving and processing information.

You should be aware that a case-officer may request original documents during the processing of an application if there is a need for these documents. 我估计他的意思是说: 移民局只会在收到到初始申请时给回复给申请人. 对于后续的补充材料, 他们不会有通知. 对于扫描材料和Email补料, 申请人会收到相应的自动回复...

个人意见, 楼主应该不用担心...

难道查询了他们不会去材料里看是不是有?就这样回复一下,有点不负责任的说.

哥们, 建议你按照人家说的把原件扫描以后EMAIL过去吧. 如果你的VO要原件的话会联系你的. 不要自己给自己找麻烦了. 电子的资料省事!

可是清华他们不是要求一定要清华那边直接寄去才承认么？扫描件没用的啊

分配vo后，查询材料有没有收到的回复都是这样的，不表示没有收到，也不表示收到...

还没轮到咱呢，人家10月份的都没分完

我第一次查清华认证是否收到就是这个回复，我第二次查的时候回复就变了，告诉我“I can confirm that your bachelor degree documents have been received and
attached to your file for the attention of your case officer once
allocated.”

这个是说收到你材料的时候会有一个自动回复，如果有了这个自动回复你就不用担心了。

上面贴的是查询后收到的第二封信的内容.

第一封信是自动回复,怎么第二封还自动回复??

第一封内容如下.

Dear Client, Your correspondence has been successfully submitted to the Departmentof Immigration and Citizenship. A reference number has been allocated to your correspondenceand can be found in the subject line of this email. Yours sincerely,Department of Immigration and Citizenship

还要用他给的那个Tracking number继续查吗?还是另外开始一个新的查询?

可以用他们给的tracking number，其他东西不变，隔段时间再发个查询问问

兄弟,别担心,你的资料他们多半是收到了的. 只要VO不再找你要补料就是收到了. 同时为了确保起见，你扫描一个过去又不会违反规定, 一般扫描件他们都是认的，我就是扫描件和清华的一起都交了的，清华那个他们也是没通知我收到原件的. 但是我的案子还是很快做完了. 所以你就一并把扫描件也EMAIL给他们好了!

也不知道你用的什么快递,如果是DHL或FEDEX什么的你通过Tracking Number就可以查到这些材料是什么时候送到了什么地方是什么人签收的. 祝你好运,听我的没错的,我是过来人.

我的快递是DHL,清华的是EMS,在网上查过都是他们签收了的,只是担心他们是不是能把材料放到我的申请中去.

呵呵,希望我的担心是多余的.

担心是正常的，大家都要经历这个，移民过程本就复杂，稳健是必要的。

我相信他们一定会把你的材料放到申请里的，到后期分配了VO的时候，如果他们没叫你补这些材料的话就没问题，如果真丢了你也是有道理的，那时候你把证据给他们拿出来，VO是心虚的，他们会同意只用扫描件就OK的。
