TRA从9月30日起不认可6年工作经验了（请看原文）专家请进
TRA is designated by the Minister for Immigration in accordance with Regulation 2.26B(1) of
the Migration Regulations 1994 (Commonwealth) as the relevant assessing authority for over
170 skilled occupations on the Skilled Occupation List as defined in the Australian Standard
Classification of Occupations (ASCO).
Under Regulation 2.26B(2) TRA has the authority to determine, at its sole discretion, the
standards against which the skills of a person are assessed. TRA has determined that the
Uniform Assessment Criteria (UAC) are the standards by which the skills of a person are
assessed.
Until further notice TRA will no longer accept applications that predominantly rely on evidence
of work experience and would normally be assessed under Skill Pathway D of the UAC.
Effective immediately, Skill Pathway D has been removed from the UAC. All applications TRA
has received to date and not finalised, which predominantly rely on evidence of work
experience and would normally be assessed under Skill Pathway D, will be returned along with
the application fee. Until 30 September 2007 any subsequent applications received by TRA
will also be returned with the application fee.
Applications received on or after 1 October 2007 will be assessed by TRA against the UAC,
exclusive of the former Skill Pathway D, and the standard fee will apply.
TRA will assess all applications against the following skill pathways that require applicants to
have formal training and work experience:
Skill Pathway A: Formal apprenticeship
Skill Pathway B: Informal apprenticeship
Skill Pathway C: Vocational traineeship
Skill Pathway E: Australian qualification
The full requirements for each Skill Pathway are defined in the UAC (refer TRA Website)
Any applications already accepted and assessed by TRA under Skill Pathway D will be eligible
for an internal review against the requirements of Skill Pathway D as formerly detailed in the
UAC. This review must be requested within 60 days of the date of an applicant’s letter from
TRA advising that the original application was unsuccessful.

消息越来越不好了。先是把我的职业从MODL删掉了，现在TRA又搞这些花样。早知道这样，去年找中介，现在申请都已经提交了。时间就是金钱啊。

对楼上的深表同情, MODL没上基本无望了. 我的职业在MODL中, 十多年的经验恐怕也难有希望啊.
从种种迹象看来, 澳洲还是只看中所谓学历, 不重视经验了.

楼上的应该可以以学徒的方式的申请TRA评估的。找单位开个学徒证明就够了。如果职业在MODL中，而英语勉强能过5分的话，还是花几个小钱找中介把职业评估做了，谁知道澳洲又会出什么新政策？早去一个月，这个钱就回来了。我如果通过了TRA评估，只能走176了。也不知道符合州担保的要求，而能得到州担保的同志有几成？

不顶就沉了.  我是发动机机修工,MOTOR MECHANIC,  请问: 县级的交通局\劳动局\某事业单位的商业车队等单位开出的学徒证明, 做出公证后能否被TRA所承认?

我反正是晚了，就自己DIY算了。
关于中介我不太清楚，网上好象有一些网友个人搞的中介，应该还可以。我认为学徒证明应该是你工作的单位开具的。反正你按照TRA的评估要求来准备材料，应该是可以通过的。无非是说明你一开始工作时有合格的技工来指导你，你不断进步，在TRA要求的年限后，又转为正式工，最好是拿个国家的技术等级证书。这种证书应该是花钱就能得到的。

但是, 我从一进入这行业开始, 就一直在个体私营店里做. 我的师傅也是雇主, 跟他一起干到现在。 店里开出的证明能行不？
你所说的“无非是说明你一开始工作时有合格的技工来指导你”，是指他也要有技术等级证书才行吗？ 怎样他才算是合格的技工？

10. Skill Pathway B (5 years informal apprenticeship)
10.1. Employment: The apprenticeship cited must comprise of a period of directly related and relevant employment and acceptable formal training of not less than five years duration.
10.2. In addition, the employment must meet the following conditions:
10.2.1. the apprentice completed on-the-job training under the direct supervision of a qualified tradesperson in the occupation or trade; and
10.2.2. successful completion of the informal apprenticeship has resulted in the person being recognised by an acceptable employer as a fully qualified tradesperson.
10.3. Formal training: The training cited must be formal, vocational training which:
10.3.1. consists of not less than 900 hours of structured tuition;
10.3.2. has been conducted within 2 years of the directly related employment;
10.3.3. is directly related to the occupation;
10.3.4. has been accredited by an authorised governing body whose standards can be independently verified by TRA (eg. government, military or recognised industrial party); and
10.3.5. results in certification verifying completion of such training.
10.4. Restrictions: An informal apprenticeship has not been completed where the applicant cites circumstances which include, but are not limited to:
10.4.1. training which is determined not to be equivalent (see clause 2.7); or
10.4.2. an apprenticeship or employment arrangements which are determined not to be equivalent or are incomplete.

首先，TRA只是暂停这种通关方式，稍后会有详细的政策出台。TRA并没有说会彻底消除这种方式。
其次，也并不是说没有路可以走了。正所谓上有政策，下有对策。我们一定可以找到一个合理方式来通过的。
最后，从形势来看，TRA最近趋紧，大家抓紧时间噢。

因为我的英文不怎么好，也就是5分不到吧，又没有办理申请的经历。所以对你是爱莫能助，惭愧惭愧。QQ我没装，太占资源。我都有找中介做职业评估的打算。因为能写10到20页的工作描述，我想没有英语6级水平几乎是不可能的。我在书店看到的双语材料基本都是文学类的，没找到本工种的双语资料。为什么这么一个有共享精神的论坛，却没有人愿意共享他的英文工作描述呢？如果我通过了，我一定把我的共享出来。
     关于说明“合格技工指导”的问题，我认为不是大问题。你完全可以说你的非常优秀的师傅在教完你之后就跳槽了。反正只有老板和你知道。我认为重要的是弄个技能等级证书。这个证书很容易弄到的，因为你申请证书时，你要接受他们的培训和考试，这个是要钱的，他们得了钱，你就会得到证书。很公平。

根据上面10.2.1.条, 这个师傅似乎也要有证书才行啊!  一旦评估未能过, 要求补料时, 会不会要求递交师傅的技工证?

他说的是对的。移民局网站上确实没有说会彻底消除这种方式。

好象TRA并未要求提供师傅的证书，因为并不是提供一个证书就能证明你的师傅是一个合格技工，那岂不是他也要进行TRA评估。我认为只要在你的简历和老板开具的工作证明中说明有合格技工培养你就行了。TRA是不做调查的。

也不一定的。。上次参加移友会有个LZ也是 TRA就被电话调查了。。也许和他工种有关系。。很特殊的。。但也是及其少数吧

mingle 兄弟, 你的评估资料准备得怎么样?  最近有人说, TRA类评估没有正规职业学校或中专毕业证是不能通过评估的.  除了Skills Pathway A,  Skills Pathway B 和 C 对中国人行不通.  
9月4日后有谁没有职中毕业证通过TRA评估的?  上来说说话.
