oberthur小学报名时间问题

计划十月搬到bull creek，想让娃上oberthur，娃明年6月30号前满5岁了，可以上pre-primary了，所以提前给学校写了封信咨询报名事宜，学校回信如下：
We are currently taking Applications for Pre-Primary 2017.  These will close on the 22nd July.  We will notify you by the end of August as to whether or not you are successful in gaining a place at Oberthur PS for Pre-Primary.  At this stage without a residence it will be very likely that we will not be able to place your daughter.  Once you arrive and if you meet the criteria below as to documentation and living arrangements (if you gain a property in the catchment area) you will only be guaranteed a place in Oberthur PS if you live in the catchment area. Families who enrol with no intention of residing in boundary long term may lose their place if they move out of area.



这意思是7月22号报名就截止了？因为我现在的租房合同十月上才到期，现在拿不出相应的材料，水电单子什么。现在肯定交不了申请。
回信后半段意思是我如果搬来后，只要有相应材料就可以给位子上学？有朋友说一定要在报名期内报名，不然不一定保证小孩后面可以有位子。

刚来perth，不太清楚各项政策，不是pre是compulsary的吗？错过报名期交不了材料小孩就上不了了？

好像Y1开始才是，如果你中途搬进这个区，必须给你入学。K和PRE都是等位子

真的吗？因为之前我去问过nedlands小学，他们意思是pre开始就是compulsary，只要在学区就要给上。即使老师不够，也要解决，是法律规定。坛子里有熟悉情况的吗？

哦， PP是的。 人家没说错过报名期就上不了了啊。
你现在没有居住证明，现阶段人家肯定不能给你位子，等你来了有居住证明了你再去联系学校呗。只要在学校范围内，肯定是给你上的。
只是说如果你没有打算长期居住，以后搬走的话，可能会失去位子。

pp应该是保证有位置的，前提是你住在他的in take area里面

那如果我十月份搬进去呢？到时候只要提供文件，肯定给我位子吗？因为我现在租房合同没到期啊。

必须给，没位子也要给，强制入学

又发了封信确认，学校说只要能提供相应文件，可以入学。即使错过报名期。心安了
