打完疫苗后的证明去哪里领？

孩子刚打完4岁的疫苗针，GP那里只给了我“Four Year Health Cheak",说“Immunisation history statement"稍后会寄到家里。childcare里的工作人员告诉我是在GP那里直接开的，以前的蓝本子不用了，是这样吗？如果没寄到的话我该去哪里领“Immunisation history statement"

不是澳洲公民好像不能有centrelink的服务吧. 一切都需要自费
Medicare应该会寄信到你的住址吧..
没孩子..纯猜测!

打针是走medicare的话..

This facility has been provided to help parents keep track of their child's vaccinations and to ensure their child is fully immunised. Parents may request a statement of their child's immunisation history as recorded on the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (Immunisation Register) by completing the fields below. The statement will be mailed to the child's most recent address recorded on the Immunisation Register.

4岁时全部打完，centrelink才会寄吗？
