101签证填40和47表的问题，请大家帮忙啊

40表上面有：
18 Do you have the sole legal right to determine where the child shall live
or to permanently remove the child from their home country?

我和我爱人都是PR，这个地方需要我爱人填1229表么？（因为我爱人也是PR，我们就是要带宝宝一同移民澳洲的）。这个地方如果填Yes，就要提供法庭材料，如果填NO，貌似就要提交1229表


2.
47表上：
Part D – Details of other family members
这里要填孩子的parents，也就是我们，最后一列有Migrating with you?这个地方是打Yes还是No呢？

3. 40表上还有：
30 Have you lived in any other town or city over the last 2 years other than
the one you are living in now?
在国内其他城市出差几个月，要写么？不会因为去其他城市出差几个月，还要求提供当地的什么证明吧？（那不得折腾死人了）

LZ你好，我家二宝还未出生，我也在预填这个表，我的理解如下：
1.  sole legal right 的核心是sole，意思是唯一监护权，所以这个选项选NO，因为是夫妻双方共同承担的，然后一并提交一份1229表就可以了，1229表上夫妻两个人都签字，不过Nature of the legal right我也不知道怎么填，我就填了guardianship不知道行不行。
2. Migrating with you应该填No，因为你们已经是PR了，我觉得是这样。
3. 出差神马的不用填，那么麻烦，参见你申请时候填的80表就可以了，当然我觉得你即使填了土澳也不会一一核实。

LZ不知道你注意了Part F, Section 32没有，这个地方我也没搞懂，我填了我们夫妻两个和大宝的信息，但是VISA_NUMBER那个字段只能填11位，但是我们准签信上确是13位数字，我糊涂了，不知道怎么填。
