好吧,我承认主帖的数字是随便一个贷款机构的计算器算的,那么我找官方的计算器:http://amun.osr.qld.gov.au/sap/osrqld/wd_tfr_calc_com
算出来的结果是:
525k $5250
535k $7350
545k $9500
555k $10825(没有concession了)
565k $11275
虽然没有那个非官方计算器的差额那么大,但525k和565k之间的印花税差额也达到6k了。
