Offshore accounts normally have different pricing due to currency difference and its markets. Australian Consulate in Shanghai, as far as we know, have sourced their SIM cards from multiple suppliers.

本人英语较烂(雅思才6炸水平),回复就不贴了,但客服肯定能看懂.大致的意思就是要么就是你们Lebara不诚信,要么就是代理商不诚信,这张纸既然是额外贴上去的,那就是有人得负责,对吧?如果是前者,我肯定要讨说法,如果是后者,那你们应该惩罚代理商,我只关心我购买时得到的承诺,你们和代理商之间的猫腻我不管.然后客服答复:

I apologize to let you know that we will not be able to help you any further. It is true that they are Lebara SIMS, but once we sell the SIM to providers, we do not have any involvement with the Sales. Hence, in this case we do not have any involvement in the selling procedure of third party (Australian Consulate).

真是无语,虽然只有区区15刀不到,但是这样不诚信是不对的,就算是代理商的问题,你也应该给消费者一个说法,至于后面你如何管理代理商是你的事情,可Lebara现在居然就这样两手一推.
