之前靠州担保申请886(现在叫190)的坛友们,你们pr下来后移民局有没查你居住地？

请问各位达人坛友们，假设190获批拿到永居后，是否一定要在所担保的州内住两年？移民局会查你的行踪吗？要是你离开去别的州工作或者回国一段时间，永居会不会被取消？

还有请问之前靠州担保申请886 (既新政190的旧版) 的坛友们,你们pr下来后两年内移民局有没查你居住地？

路过。我也遇到这个问题了，给你pr的州不能给工作，给了工作的公司在其他州。

190的前身是176，而不是886签证，这个不要搞错
190已经是PR身份，除非违法，不然移民局无权取消

176/190是州政府担保的永居签证



Features



This visa is for international students who have completed their course studies in Australia or for holders of certain temporary visas to apply for permanent residency.



Requirements



You might be able to get this visa if you are one of the following:
•a current or former international student or former overseas student
•a holder of a Skilled – Graduate (Temporary) visa (subclass 485) or Skilled – Recognised Graduate (Temporary) visa (subclass 476)
•a holder of a Trade Skills Training visa (subclass 471).

You must:
•be sponsored by an eligible relative living in Australia or nominated by a participating state or territory government agency
•be under 50 years of age
•have competent English language skills
•have the skills and qualifications that meet the Australian standard for an occupation on the Skilled Occupation.

886是以前的onshore州担保+亲属担保，后来886的州担保这一部分与境外的176合并成了190，886亲属担保PR这部分不复存在了，现在亲属担保只有489了，而且是TR。

你要说886跟190一点关系当然没有问题，毕竟算分的体系都不一样了。不过，这些全都是属于独立技术移民，都是打分制，都是需要担保的独立技术移民签证。就像之前onshore的885以及offshore的175，后来都合并成了189，是无担保的独立技术移民。
