***Below is only a guide for sending email attachments, please see any attachments for requested documents***
In the body of the email please list each attachment as per example below:
1 – Police clearance, <Country of issue> – Primary Applicant – <Enter applicants name>
2 – Police clearance, <Country of issue> – Secondary Applicant – <Enter applicants name>
3 – IELTS, Primary Applicant – <Enter applicants name>
4 – IELTS, Secondary Applicant – <Enter applicants name>
5 – University Degree, <Name of University> – Primary Applicant – <Enter applicants name>
Please be aware that all file names must not contain foreign characters. Failure to comply may result in lost or returned email attachments.
DO NOT send this office any original documents or provide paper copies of documents sent by e-mail unless asked to do so by a departmental officer.
Providing scanned copies of documents reduces postal and administrative delays in receiving and processing information.
