我要写statutory declaration
其中有条要求这样：This is a written statement declared to be true in the presence of an authorised witness
请问authorised witness是我事先写好declaration，然后拿到公证处当着他们的面签字吗？

公证处是没用的，我建议你打给你最近的澳洲领事馆，问问他们是否可以做，我记得是可以的。
