Position: Executive IT Support Specialist – Network Support
Company type: Multi-national, multi-billion dollar conglomerate
Location: Kuwait
Scope: A unique and exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Executive Support. For the right person this will not be a day-job but a hobby and a passion. You will be an avid researcher of current and upcoming technologies including mobility, software developments, infrastructure, networking and wireless technologies as well as multimedia and home entertainment systems and peripherals.
Key Executive Support Specialist Accountabilities:
§ Anticipating VIP requests and demands for new technology and working with the rest of IT to test, implement and rollout solutions in a timely and resilient manner.
§ Providing fast and accurate solutions to VIP user problems, including: Phone, Email, Web, Desktop, Networking etc.
§ Responding in a highly proactive and timely manner to all VIP calls received by the Service Desk.
§ Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
§ Championing the IT Division and ensuring exceptionally high standards are maintained.
You must have around 7+ years experience in a support position and experience supporting Windows, Macs, PDAs, and Blackberries. Ideally you will have supported Executives or VIPs, but this is not vital to the position.
Term: Permanent
