大家好，我有个跟驾照分数有关的问题想问一下，有一个朋友跟我说用ABN名下买的工具车如果不小心超速了或者发生别的会导至扣分的事，是不是不会扣分数只会扣钱。不知道有没有人知道相关的信息，还麻烦解说一下，谢谢了

公司名下的车罚款一般都是1000-2000刀的。。。改成司机个人的就会降到正常的价格

就我看来，business owned vehicle（公司车），公司必须提供驾驶人资料（notice requesting information），扣分一样会记入该驾驶人纪录之内。
不缴资料 double 罚款

这是我字面上的理解和解读，请联络警局做进一步确认。

你的前提是如果-------------- 那请小心驾驶，如果不是恶意超速，那麽一次违规扣分还不至於吊销驾照，三年有12分可以扣。

Corporate owners of motor vehicles

Infringement notices issued to companies for speed camera offences and red light camera offences impose a fine of about $2,950. If the company nominates a human being as the person responsible for the vehicle at the time of the offence a new infringement notice will be issued in the name of the nominated person, and the amount of the financial penalty will revert to the usual lower amount for that offence. If a company fails to nominate a responsible person more than 3 times within a 12 month period the corporate fine increases to about $17,000.

所以公司一定会找你负责的啦！当然分照扣！

公司名下罚款，因为找不到具体驾驶者，所以会给一个天价罚单，因为没具体驾驶员，所以没法扣点。如果公司提供具体驾驶员信息，罚单就和普通一样，也要扣点。
