刚才接到一个offer,才知道澳洲公司也很黑

如下，工作60个小时居然写进offer了，12个月合同居然才65k(peter雇主回复)

Based on the items listed on the offer, I am a little confused on the item 2.1 salary.Could you please help me explain a few questions related to this as below:



Rregarding item 2.1.1 Annual pay is $ 65,000 based on the expection of 60 hours per week, however paid as a 38 hour week.

     My question:1.If I work 38 hours per week, then how much I will be paid ?[Hr]  Our design office operates at 60 hours per week, this job is not a 38 hour per week job.

2.Is there any payment for work overtime? Can I understand that the payment for the work overtime of 22hours already included in the package?

3.About the Superannuation, how much will be withholded from the weekly pay related to the item of superannuation?

nothing will be with held , super annuation is paid at 9% of your gross salary and is additional it is not subtracted from your salary

                      4.How much the net income would be for work 38 hours per week.

i am currently interstate and do not have this data on hand but you would be taxed at the rate applicable by the Australian taxation office which you could look up on the internet if you wish.

我粗略的算了一下，澳洲周末上班两天8x2小时,平日加班4个小时，
每小时只有$16，
没想到鼓吹自己100%澳洲的公司居然开的这么低，对一个有8年专业经验的新移民。
大家遇到过吗？

啥工作呀, 每周要干60小时??
其实你如果这样算可能连 16$/H 都没有, 因为正常来说周末或者加班应该是150%的rate.

上次去刷盘子，结果刷了2个小时不给钱，
我们多少钱，后来老板娘和我说头两周 $10,第三周$13,
不给登记税号，我想要2小时刷盘子的钱，结果被拒绝，说试工不给钱。
后来发邮件投诉，让我把税号给他。
饭店老板是不知道是香港人还是大陆人，一直不停的跟说洋泾浜英语

真丢中国人脸。

这边是澳洲吗？

记得刚来的时候在TAFE上英语的时候老师给我们讲过，欧美澳中，澳洲是唯一超时加班无加班费的国家。最近的报纸也登过，澳洲人的周工作时间比以前有所增长，在发达国家中是最长的

如果你不想接受这个offer，可以去投诉。。。太欺负人了！！！对这种行为一定要惩罚！！！！！！！欺负你不了解澳洲法律

这个工作只发了3封邮件（一封申请信，一封发了之前做的项目计算报告+图纸，一封面试电话的感谢信），2个电话（，接到一个面试电话，接到一个问薪水的电话），就来offer了。
而且告诉我，我有认识的人，推荐给他们

       PETER的潜台词 意思是不是说: 每周要干活60小时,否则一年$ 65,000就泡汤了?

这个合同感觉违法啊。而且不面谈就给offer，感觉也很奇怪，楼主要小心。

其实从薪水上来讲，不算低了，65k+super，关键是工作时间有点离谱

lz可以先干着, 到时候把timesheet拿出来要求老板付清加班的工资, 否则就告他.

澳洲法律规定周末加班1.5倍工资?
我老公经常在周末加班,只是平时的时薪而已.
