葡萄酒的种类:
1.Sparkling Wines 起泡酒。最适合party和各种庆祝场合,价格要稍高。Champagne是其中的一种。个人最爱是Pleasant Vally.
2.White Wines 白葡萄酒。也是我到澳洲后喝得最多的。最喜欢Rosemount Traminer Riesling . 个人感觉Riesling 的口感比Chardonny要好
3. Rose Wines 不知道该怎么翻译。玫瑰酒?不知道我在liquor store看到的玫红色的酒是不是这一种。
4. Red Wines 红葡萄酒。
5. Sweet Wines 甜酒。澳洲人管它叫Stickies. 尝过一瓶2004年innocent bystander Moscato,味道不错.
6.Fortified Wines 加度葡萄酒。The addition of spirit to increase the amount of alcohol in wine,比如加了白兰地的叫做Sherry.

一.为什么用screw caps(旋转瓶塞)不用Cork(木塞)?(呵呵,终于在一本书上找到了解释)
