A man wanted for the murder of his wife in New Zealand and for abandoning his three-year-old daughter 'Pumpkin' at a Melbourne railway station has been arrested in the United States.
Xue Nai Yin, 54, was captured and tied up by members of the American-Chinese community who recognised and subdued him at an apartment building in Chamblee a city northeast of Atlanta, Georgia, overnight (AEDT).
