请教关于工作时间的问题

请教个问题,我老婆ACS是3月30号交的,6月15号批的.但因为我去年在悉尼,她11月也去了,当时辞职了,在那里只做了2个多月兼职,算起来9个月没全职工作了,她现在满不满足工作要求？

移民局网站对136类是这样规定的：（简而言之，递交申请之前的18个月要有12个月工作经验，改工作必需是每周满20个小时以上的）

Recent work experience requirement

To meet the recent work experience requirement, you must demonstrate that you have been employed in any occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) for a specified period immediately before lodging your visa application. Only paid employment for at least 20 hours a week is accepted.
